The servers we use have tools to detect and fix hacks or outages quickly. There is security software in place to detect and reduce SPAM and various other "attacks". We also backup your website daily - usually an additional service, but we currently offer it for free. This makes it possible to restore your site to the way it was the day before.
You can also contact us and request support by opening a Support Ticket. Our team monitors the tickets and will usually respond with 30 minutes to 2 hours on weekdays and within 6 hours on weekends. Opening a support ticket is a good idea because it leaves a paper trail and you can always refer back to it if you have questions or experience a similar issue again.
