What kind of technical support is available?

Support is usually provided by support ticket free of charge for any domain and web hosting issues as part of our service to you. Once a ticket has been opened, we may switch to a voice call by phone or WhatsApp if necessary.

In some cases, we may also use AnyDesk to connect to your computer remotely, but this might incur an extra cost .
Although we are a small company, we do our best to respond to all support tickets 24/7. We are happy to help you solve any setup or technical problems related to your domain registration or website hosting. We may also be available to help with other technical issues depending on the circumstances.
